Nehemiah Davis helps coaches, consultants and agency owners go from $10- to $50k a month, to scaling way beyond that. Under his guidance, some are able to do that in a day; for others, it takes a week; for some, it might take a month or more, but it will happen. The first step is changing your mindset around your offer and your prices. Stop trying to sell pieces of the puzzle for itty-bitty amounts. Sell ’em the whole puzzle—the transformation they’re after—for a large dollar amount.
“What is the payoff for somebody working with you for a year?” Neo asks. “What is the payoff of somebody working with you for six months? What is the payoff for somebody working with you and being able to get those results? The problem that I see with most coaches, consultants, course creators, and agency owners is you’re often charging too low for the value that you’re bringing to the marketplace. So double your price if you have to. Make sure whatever you charge is associated with the payoff.”
Step two, then, is to believe that you’re worth it, right? Investing in yourself is a good start. Like, how can you ask for more money if you’re unwilling to spend it on your own education? That’s convenient advice given Neo’s about to ask you to fork over however many thousands of dollars for his Inner Circle Mastermind, but I s’pose there’s something to that. But from there, you have to do whatever it takes to get your clients results, document them, and use those testimonials and case studies in your marketing.
Step three, Nehemiah explains, is to embrace his Reverse Value Ladder. So the Russell Brunsons of the industry tell you to start out with like a free + shipping offer, then upsell ’em a $37 product, then maybe a $497 course, then, oh I dunno, something for $1,997… then $5k, then like a $10k mastermind, right? Neo says just go straight to the top of that ascension ladder and lead with that. You’ll make the most money, the fastest, and get people the best results. Then if you wanna offer lower-ticket programs, be his guest.
What about saturation? Isn’t the expert space too crowded by now? Well, Nehemiah counters, look at colleges and universities. They’ve been around for well over 100 years, selling people outdated information that, outside of doctors and lawyers and engineers, hardly helps anyone improve their life at all. And they’re not shutting their doors anytime soon, are they? So to think, if you’re amazing at what you do, and a high percentage of your students are actually winning, that you can’t come in and offer a mentoring program? Is ridiculous.
Besides, he adds, most of your “competitors?” They won’t be able to carry your jockstrap. Not once Nehemiah’s done coaching ya, anyway. Because your messaging, your offer, your advertising, your funnel, your social proof, your conversion rate, your community, your retention—it’s all gonna be so much better than what anybody else in your niche is doing. And yet, you’ll be setting up your program so that it’s a one-to-many model instead of one-to-one, which opens the door to unlimited scale.
“So that’s the overview,” Nehemiah concludes. “If you’re a coach, a consultant, a course creator, and you’re burnt out, looking to truly grow your income, impact and influence? While getting your time back? We’d like you to book a call with our team to learn more about our Inner Circle Mastermind. We have dozens and dozens of success stories. People doing six- and seven-figure launches, and then months. Hope to talk to you soon.” No mention of cost, but I think it’s safe to assume this is pretty pricey.
