Sam Crowley knows how to turn your message into a $10k per month business using simple podcasts you can record on your phone from anywhere in the world. He’s been training podcasters now for 16+ years. And guess what? Not a whole lot’s changed during that time. Ya gotta have a clear, concise message that resonates with your audience. And I don’t need all of them to sign up for my coaching. I couldn’t handle that type of volume even if they wanted to. I look for a handful of amazing clients every month.”

“These are folks I can work with and dramatically increase the quality of their life by helping them tap into their own Million Dollar Message,” he continues. “Everybody has a Million Dollar Message. That’s what I do. What do you do? You need to get so clear. Because the podcast doesn’t—it has zero to do with production quality. Now can you tell a well-produced audio or video from one that’s poorly produced? Sure. But all the ones that are like 60-80% perfect? Are great.”

“Because, look, some of the podcasts I listen to? Guys and gals are in their car, driving. You can hear their muffler or whatever it is, you can hear the wind noise. I don’t care about that because I’m tuned into the message. I’m their ideal client. That’s what you need to find. Your message doesn’t need to be perfect for everybody. It just needs to fall on the right ears. So before you even think about elaborate marketing funnels or super expensive microphones, just focus on sharing your message and getting to $10k per month.”

Phone Podcasting

You don’t need a free Facebook Group with 5,000 people in it. You don’t need to get distracted and go try dropshipping for a month. Then affiliate marketing. Then couch flipping. Then automated crypto bots. Then whatever else comes across your screen. Nope. Stay right where you are, Sam says. You don’t need to do 200 different things; do one thing—podcasting—200 times until you start to get really good at it. Tweak your message till it really resonates and people are practically begging to work with you.

“What if you had 10—just 10 diehard followers?” Sam asks. “And four of ’em reached out. And two of ’em paid you a lot of money for you to mentor them? To help them, one-on-one, to alleviate that issue that they had that they know you can solve? Ya know? It’s not about quantity. People can listen to your podcast wherever they like. Spotify, iTunes, SoundCloud, Podbean, wherever. You buy an $8 domain. Set up a simple one-page funnel like Sam. Shout that domain out at the beginning, middle, and end of every single podcast episode. And, whaddya know, people will show up to your little landing page and start booking calls. At that point, they’re practically sold. You hop on the phone with ’em, answer a few questions, run their credit card, and begin coaching them. Rinse, repeat.
